I specialized in working with anxiety, grief and loss, depression, emotional challenges, as well as relationship, self-esteem and communication issues in both adolescence and adults. I utilized a combination of techniques in CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness to help client develop healthy coping skills to manage their symptoms. I provide individual sessions, family sessions and couples' sessions.
